These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Hayley service and the aupyne.com.au website, operated by AUPYNE PTY LTD (ABN 75 696 372 595) ("AUPYNE", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Hayley is an AI-assisted proofreading tool for Australian forensic engineering and expert liability reports prepared for use in legal proceedings. The service analyses uploaded documents and delivers structured feedback on spelling, grammar, readability, citation formatting, admissibility, and reference completeness.
The service is a tool to assist human review. It is not a substitute for professional judgment, peer review, or legal advice. Nothing produced by the service constitutes legal advice.
The service is intended for use by qualified professionals preparing expert evidence for Australian courts, tribunals, and insurers. By creating an account, you represent that you are using the service in a professional capacity.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@aupyne.com.au if you suspect unauthorised access.
Access to Hayley is available on a pay-as-you-go basis or by way of a recurring monthly subscription. Pricing is displayed in Australian dollars and includes GST where applicable.
Pay-as-you-go users access the Service by purchasing credits in advance. Credits must be purchased before reports can be submitted for review. Each credit entitles the holder to submit one report for review, including up to three (3) revisions of the same report within the same engagement or matter. A new credit is required for each new engagement, matter, or supplementary report. Credits are personal to the purchasing user, are non-transferable, may not be shared between users, and expire twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Unused credits are non-refundable.
Multi-User subscriptions are priced at $95.00 AUD (inclusive of GST) per author seat per month. Administrator accounts are provided at no additional charge and do not count toward the seat limit. A practice or firm may register more authors within their account than the number of paid author seats; however, the number of unique authors who submit reports for review in any given calendar month may not exceed the number of paid seats. The monthly submission limit resets at the commencement of each calendar month. If the seat limit is reached within a billing month, authors who have not yet submitted a report in that month will be unable to do so until the following calendar month or until additional seats are purchased. Additional seats may be purchased at any time through the member portal or by contacting AUPYNE at hello@aupyne.com.au.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
